As part of our literacy programme, A4 has published the stories they have written by recording them onto video. We have also recorded some of our language experiences. We hope you enjoy viewing them as much as we enjoyed making them.

Stu's Vacation
During the holidays, Stu (our rabbit) was at Loveday's house. He had a great time. Thank you very much to Loveday's family for taking such good care of Stu.

Worm Farm
As part of our Minibeasts study, we now have a worm farm in our classroom. We will be feeding our worms food scraps and they will turn our rubbish into fertiliser that we can use on our new garden beds!
This is our worm farm. |
Here are the worms eating. |

Raised Garden Beds
Today was our first day back at school and we got to see our new garden beds.
Loveday wrote a story about the gardens. Watch this video to find out what she would like to grow.
Did you know that Amy and Loveday recorded this story all by themselves?

What is it?
Hi A4, I hope you are having a good holiday. I went into school today and look at what I saw next to our classroom! I wonder what is being built?
Stranded Pilot Whales
In September, 80 pilot whales stranded themselves on Spirits Bay beach. We were very interested and saddened by this news. Amy and Joshua wrote stories about the event.
